Maggie is a very competent and caring real estate agent. She proactively sought out homes that met our needs with prices within our budget. Her relationships with other agents was the key to getting our offer accepted, even though there were higher offers submitted. She also demanded that the seller pay for a home warranty and she monitored the repairs the seller agreed to undertake to insure they were completed before closing.
